“Thank you to the CCS team for your prompt and professional resolution of our urgent technology issues. Our primary resource was not available and two issues arose. First, a credit card terminal was not connecting to the network. One of the CCS technicians went onsite to troubleshoot and, with help from a CCS colleague, managed to get it back online. Second, a network outage occurred. Another CCS technician went onsite to replace and configure a new switch with remote assistance from the team.
