“Since the CCS technician has began working in our district, I have truly gotten to know her and see her shine. She is helpful, caring, and understanding of the needs of the teachers, administrators, and students.
She is fun-loving and able to explain things in a way that individuals who are emerging in technology really understand. She is approachable and has established a rapport with teachers that makes them feel comfortable to come to her when something isn’t working or they need to understand how to use the technology better.
